The first day in the hardest

Yesterday's paper was H.A.R.D!

A lot of the other candidates were caught off-guard, didn't expect the questions. The questions were new, one or two of them spent about 1/2 on it in what is supposedly to be a 3 hour paper and decided to just pack it in.

Imagine I couldn't sleep last night due to the mental drain, half of the day today was spent sleeping so again I'm using this few hours to catch up for tomm. paper.

You heartless exam question maker people!!

The last minute addiction

I can't believe it with about a week to my exams I find myself again struggling. I've chosen the most compressed style of revision ever, reading up the supposedly "key topics" and answering past year papers.

Years of studying obviously did not teach me about studying early. The thrill of trying to cramp up heaps of information into an uninviting brain is such an ardent task. A task that I continue do despite knowing the consequences.

What is strange though, everytime I'm stucked like this the rush of trying to assimilate all this education in seems to excite me.

this is not the first time I find myself in this predicament and I'm sure I'll find myself in the same predicament again.

It's sensational and the feeling is undescribable. the joy of doing the impossible is really satisfying.

Being in the rut is so addictive, but like all addiction it is never good for one's health and mind.

Oh well, the struggle continues. wish me luck people.

My Sugar Water awaits, it will be a long night!

Troy & the new Harry Potter movie.

There I was rushing to TGV to catch both movies on the same day!

Was it worth it?

Troy
Power, greed, wealth, stupidity and sex.

Good reasons to start a war?

Definitely!

Wathing this movie felt like I was watching Star Wars. Listen to background music, do they sound alike?

Why should you watch this? All the leading man's breast are bigger than the ladies! Yeah man!

Brad Pitt looks like a girl with big abs, Orlando looks like a girl with a nice moustache.

Everybody is dressed like they are on an exotic holiday, and everybody is gleaming with yummy tanned skin.

An OK movie, worth catching it on the big screen.

Harry Potter

Nice movie, but leave your children behind the visual effects are oustanding. I'm sure they'll have nightmares after watching it.

Flies and Foreigners

Messy, Shouting, loud, Funny, Shirtless, Good ligthing, Smoking, breast touching, respect, arrogance, justice, irony.

Good mix of feelings.

Was it good? I must say the acting was great, but I did not dig the story that much.

But it's still worth a catch.

Making Love - The recipe

Ingredients:
4 Laughing Eyes
4 Well-shaped Legs
4 Loving Arms
2 Firm Milk Containers
2 Nuts
1 Fur-lined Mixing Bowl
1 Firm Banana

Directions:
1.Look into laughing eyes.
2.Spread well-shaped legs with loving arms.
3.Squeeze and massage milk containers very gently.
4.Gently add firm banana to mixing bowl, working in and out until wellcreamed. For best results continue to knead milk containers.
5.As heat rises, plunge banana deep into mixing bowl and cover with nuts, leave to soak (preferably NOT overnight).
6.The cake is done when banana is soft. If banana doesn'tsoften, repeat steps 3-5, or change mixing bowls.

Notes:

2.Do not lick mixing bowl after use.

Blip: Scooped this out shamelessly from a forwarded mail. ;-). Knock yourself out.

There is no shortcuts in life.

Of the 3 months I studied, at last the lecturer made sense. Mind you week after week he's been teaching, not very well but he's teaching and that's the important thing. No teach, no students. No students no money.

Every week on Wednesdays I'll be dragging my butt through the packed Putra to go to his class and hear him babble about current events, and how it's hard to make money this days. The real education takes only about half an hour of the whole 2 1/2 hour session.

I've been paying for bull shit and at times I'm thinking maybe he had shit for lunch or something.

But that day I learned something. Proudly he stands looking at us with his silly eyes, and said "there is no shortcuts to in life!".

From that moment I realise how important is it for me to drag my butt to his class, nevermind the 30 minutes worth of education I get from him versus the Thousands of Ringgit I have to pay for it all.

But in real life there is no shortcuts. If you want a good life you better hell work for it.

I would probably need to study, and most likely real hard to pass this goddamm course.

Why does it have to be so damn tough?
