When the Law is not really helping the Innocent

Again with the same story, and yet I've heard this too often. Husband and Wife splits. They drag their case to Syariah Court for a divorce. They get the divorce, Husband is intructed to pay a certain amount of money every month so Wife can use to take care of children. One month ahead mother gets no money husband is scott free going out enjoying his single life and wife struggles to raise children.

When asked why has not this been brought to the Syariah Court? I get the same asnwer all the time, "The judge can only instruct the Husband to pay the money but if he chooses not to do so then it's really the end of that". Every bloody time. Is the law incomplete, is there a loophole somewhere everyone has overlooked? I truly do not understand this. In a country where woman's right are fought constantly I could not believe this is still happening!

Is bad enough the husband could not care less about the family it's worse when the law could not ensure the children get what they truly deserves.
